Airless Equipment Capabilities
- Spray paint products at ambient temperature, diluted if necessary to obtain the right viscosity point required by the application
- Spray heated materials to decrease the degree of viscosity, to atomize the paint at a lower pressure to reduce the amount of thinner used
- Recirculate the heated product in the high pressure hoses which bring the material to the spray gun, to avoid the product cooling during spraying pauses
- During the high pressure painting process the pressure can reach up to 500 bar, but using heated products it is possible to reduce the working pressure by 50%
